The company managed quote requests manually — phone calls, emails back and forth, catalogues to send. A slow process that wasted the sales department’s time and, often, potential customers.

A system was needed that would allow B2B customers to consult the product catalogue, build their own quote independently and send it directly to the sales team, without phone calls or waiting times.

The Solution

I designed and developed a tailor-made web platform with:

  • A constantly updated product catalogue — automatic synchronisation with the company’s ERP system, so that any changes to products are reflected on the website without manual intervention.
  • Self-service quotation system — B2B customers can select products, build a quotation and send it with a single click.
